Dealing with Failure, Pressure and Expectations

Tolani Institute of Commerce organized a guest lecture on 12 February 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM on “Dealing with Failure, Pressure and Expectations,” attended by 84 students. The session was graced by Lion Sofia Ganatra, President of Lions Club Yuva, Project Chairperson Lion Amar Chauhan, and Resource Person Ms. Lavina Bhambhani, and was introduced by Ms. Niyati Jethwa in the presence of Dr. Archana Kella, Dr. Navnit Jadav, Ms. Niyati Jethwa, and Mr. Harsh Joshi. Through interactive activities, Ms. Bhambhani emphasized resilience, self-belief, discipline, accountability, negotiation, and communication as key pillars of success, followed by a Q&A, felicitation, and vote of thanks.

Guest lecture on Fundamental Rights and Duties

Tolani Institute of Commerce organized a guest lecture on 09 February 2026 at Classroom 104, delivered by Dr. Sharang Dave. The session was attended by 33 FY and TY students along with faculty members. Dr. Dave explained the historical development of Fundamental Rights and Duties, highlighting key Articles such as 14–18 (Right to Equality), 21 (Right to Life), 22, 25–28, and 32. Real-life examples made the lecture engaging and practical. The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Harsh Joshi. It was an informative and interactive experience for all.

Gender equality workshop

A workshop on Gender Equality was conducted on 24 December 2025 at Tolani Institute of Commerce, Adipur for Semester II and IV students, with 42 participants. The session was led by Mr. Mahendra as the resource person and concluded by Mr. Harsh Joshi, English Faculty. Through interactive discussions and activities, the workshop addressed gender roles, stereotypes, and discrimination, fostering critical thinking, empathy, and social awareness among students.
