Gender equality workshop

A workshop on Gender Equality was conducted on 24 December 2025 at Tolani Institute of Commerce, Adipur for Semester II and IV students, with 42 participants. The session was led by Mr. Mahendra as the resource person and concluded by Mr. Harsh Joshi, English Faculty. Through interactive discussions and activities, the workshop addressed gender roles, stereotypes, and discrimination, fostering critical thinking, empathy, and social awareness among students.

Self defence for women

Tolani Institute of Commerce, Adipur, in collaboration with Lions Club Gandhidham, organized a One Day Workshop on “Self Defence for Women” on 30 December 2025 at M Hall. The workshop, conducted under the CWDC (Cell for Women Development Committee), aimed to empower female students with essential self-protection skills, confidence, and personal safety awareness. A total of 50 girl students actively participated in the session and learned practical self-defence techniques. The programme successfully enhanced awareness about personal safety and encouraged students to be more confident and prepared in challenging situations.

One day paper bag making workshop

Tolani Institute of Commerce, Adipur–Kachchh, through the CWDC Cell and Eco Club in collaboration with Tolani Anjana Hazari Community Development Cell, organized a One Day Paper Bag Making Workshop on 19 January 2026 at M. Hall. Conducted by Mrs. Varshaben Pitroda, the workshop aimed to promote eco-friendly alternatives to plastic, develop practical skills, and encourage environmental responsibility and self-reliance among students. A total of 33 students actively participated in the hands-on session, learning simple, low-cost techniques for making paper bags. The programme raised awareness about sustainability, fostered skill-based learning, and received positive feedback from participants. The workshop successfully met its objectives of environmental awareness and student empowerment.
